Casale Poggio Nebbia is an exclusive country resort situated within an organic  farm and vineyard an hour from Rome with panoramic views of the gorgeous rolling hills of Maremma. Owned and meticulously operated by our friend Anna,  her online reviews  range from the delirious to the sublime. She is a truly  stellar host and will work alongside us to ensure you can totally relax and completely unwind, while getting an immersive chance to  pimp (or kickstart) your individual movement practice. 

 Lynne will be guiding you through her unique blend of myafascial body rolling with Pilates-based exercise. The teaching style is friendly, warm and inspiring.  Lynne brings her wealth of knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics, and holistic approach to posture and fitness and may even be able to help you sort out any stubborn aches and pains.

Casale Poggio Nebbia has seven en-suite rooms, each with its own  patio area  with comfy chairs and cocktail  table within a 2 minute walk to the pool and classes.  Rooms are lovingly decorated in typical Italian country style with daily maid service and are provided with a daily replenishing of snacks, teas, coffee and fruit. 

What can we say? This is Italy after all. No one goes hungry. All of Anna's food is homemade and nutritious using the freshest seasonal, organic ingredients straight from her farm, not to mention the  award-winning range of wines produced from her extensive vineyard.  All dietary requirements can be catered for includingl gluten-free, vegetarian & vegan. We will ask you to fill in a dietary requirement form along with your booking form so that we can tailor dishes to suit.

We will have an excursion to the nearby Unesco Heritage awarded Etruscan/Medieval town of Tarquinia for dinner one night. (Dinner additional cost) Extra optional activities include horse riding guided by expert horsewoman, Anna, as well as facials, and massage available on site.
